Shipping
We offer free express shipping on all orders. We ship internationally. For Canada & USA orders, please allow up to 12 business days for shipping. For Australia & UK orders, please allow up to 15 business days for shipping. For the rest of the world, please allow up to 30 business days for shipping. Note that we aim to deliver within these time frames, but many aspects of shipping are out of our control.
Please note that due to Covid-19, we are unable to guarantee shipping time frames. We do not provide refunds due to shipping exceptions/delays.
Processing & Handling
All orders will typically be dispatched within 1-5 business days and all orders will include tracking from dispatch to delivery. Please allow 1-5 business days for order processing and handling before your order is shipped out. All orders will be shipped in durable packaging to ensure your purchase is not damaged during transit. Amare Skin is not responsible for lost, delays or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. However, Amare Skin will assist as much as possible to trace a missing parcel. Amare Skin is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability.
Please note taxes & duties may be charged for international orders.
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if they refuse the shipment upon delivery. If the order does require these additional charges, the fees must be paid by the customer in order for the package to clear customs. We will not reimburse customers who are subject to these fees, and we will not provide a refund for this reason. Customers must determine any expected fees prior to ordering.
If the customer refuses to pay any additional fees, the package will be sent back to Amare Skin and the customer will be refunded the cost of the order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by Amare Skin from the carrier.
