Refunds
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
Customs, Duties & taxes
Please note taxes & duties may be charged for international orders.
If the customer is ordering within the USA or Canada, it is very unlikely that their order will incur duties and taxes, especially if it's under $200. However, Amare Skin cannot guarantee that the order will not incur additional taxes, duties, or other shipping/customs fees.
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if they refuse the shipment upon delivery. If the order does require these additional charges, the charges must be paid by the customer in order for the package to clear customs. Amare Skin will not reimburse customers who are subject to these fees, and Amare Skin will not provide a refund for this reason. Customers must determine any expected fees prior to ordering.
If the customer refuses to pay any additional fees, the package will be sent back to Amare Skin and the customer will be refunded the cost of the order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by Amare Skin from the carrier.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Amare Skin is not responsible for lost, delays or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. However, Amare Skin will assist as much as possible to trace a missing parcel. Amare Skin is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
1 Year Warranty
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Amare Skin will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
Amare Skin will either replace or repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Amare Skin is 1 year from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
- conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, the customer must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution. A video showing the problem should be attached when contacting Amare Skin on support@amareskin.com
